Wer steckt eigentlich hinter der Blogfamilia, der großen jährlichen Elternblogger-Konferenz in Berlin und jetzt auch hinter verschiedenen Veranstaltungen wie Blogfamilia liest oder Blogfamiliär? Ein paar Gesichter sind euch sicher bekannt, aber es arbeiten mittlerweile neun Menschen zusammen und stellen die tollsten Dinge auf die Beine. Damit ihr endlich alle kennenlernen könnt, möchten wir euch die nächsten Wochen das Team der Blogfamilia vorstellen. Den Anfang macht Janni Orfanidis, der zusammen mit Alu Kitzerow im Vorstand der Blogfamilia e.V sitzt.
Seit wann bist du im Team?
Als Thomas Guntermann und ich auf der ersten Blogfamilia 2015 auf Einladung von Alu und Susanne über Blogger-Professionalisierung referiert haben, ist direkt der Groschen gefallen. Wir haben uns umgehend mit Alu und der damaligen Mitorganisatorin und Gründerin Susanne Mierau zusammengesetzt. Am Ende war ich bereits im Herbst 2015, zur Vorbereitung auf die Blogfamilia 2016, voll drin.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?
Gemeinsam mit Alu bekleide ich das Amt des Vorstands in unserem Verein. Das ehrt mich natürlich. Das bedeutet aber auch mehr Verantwortung. In den letzten knapp vier Jahren habe ich viel dazugelernt, weil ich Dinge machen musste, die ich vorher immer gerne wegdelegiert habe; Events organisieren, Ticketings aufsetzen, mit Sponsoren verhandeln, Website relaunchen, Newsletter implementieren, Budgets kontrollieren und Leitzordner pflegen sind die auffälligsten Aufgaben. Goodie Bag-Kartonagen klein hacken und entsorgen eher die unauffälligen.
Was schätzt du am Team?
Ganz ohne Übertreibung: Das ist das beste Team mit dem ich je zusammengearbeitet habe. Wenn wir einen Team-Workshop haben, wird konzentriert gearbeitet, an einem Strang gezogen und ergebnisorientiert Arbeitspakete verteilt. Das Beste daran: Jeder macht seinen Job wie vereinbart. Wir brauchen keinen Aufpasser, weil wir alle Bock haben. Diese Aufgabe erfüllt uns. Das ist auch das Geheimnis des Erfolgs der Blogfamilia. Natürlich sind wir keine Spießer, feiern können wir auch. Nach getaner Arbeit. Ausdauernd und ausgiebig. Insgesamt sind das zwei sehr ausgeprägte Seiten einer Medaille.
Was macht so richtig Spaß an der Blogfamilia?
Die Events, das Netzwerken mit vielen unterschiedlichen Blogger*innen, der Austausch mit unseren Referenten, das Team und der Geist hinter Blogfamilia – das alles ist sinnstiftend und motivierend! Wir alle identifizieren uns mit unserer Arbeit. Wenn etwas Spaß und Sinn macht, wird es automatisch gut.
Was nervt auch mal?
Manchmal ist es schon nervig, es allen Recht machen zu wollen. Meine Erfahrung ist, dass es egal ist, wie viele Gedanken man sich macht. Es gibt immer vereinzelt Hater, die sich beschweren, dass das Essen auf unseren Events nicht ausreichend war, oder die Workshops nicht interessant genug. Kritik gehört jedoch dazu und die nehmen wir immer sehr ernst, weil wir den Anspruch haben, immer besser zu werden. Solange die Kritik konstruktiv geäußert wird, bin ich auf jeden Fall fein damit. Wenn es plumpes Gelaber ist, bin ich raus.
Was machst du beruflich?
Nach 12 Jahren Agenturdasein als Kommunikationsberater bin ich 2018 zu einem großen Versicherungskonzern gewechselt. Mein Jobtitel lautet Content- und Kampagnenmanager Digital. Auf Deutsch bedeutet das, dass ich sicherstellen muss, dass der Content auf unseren Plattformen relevant bleibt und an den Mann (oder Frau) gebracht wird. Zu mir kommt jemand, der seinen Inhalt, sein Produkt oder seine Dienstleistung online verkaufen will.
Wo wohnst du und mit wem?
Ich wohne gemeinsam mit meiner Frau und zwei Kindern im wunderschön chaotischen Köln. Der größten Bananenstadt Deutschlands. So unorganisiert diese Stadt auch ist, so liebenswert ist sie auch. Bei mir im Stadtteil Zollstock ist das Leben noch harte Arbeit. Aber auch hier schlägt die Gentrifizierung voll durch. Letztens habe ich einen fancy Coffeeshop gesichtet. Verrückt.

Ich blogge gemeinsam mit meinen alten Agenturpartnern Thomas und Thomas von den Guntermännern. Unser Blog heißt Ich Bin Dein Vater. Um ehrlich zu sein ist der Blog etwas eingeschlafen, weil wir beruflich in der Rush Hour unseres Lebens zu sein scheinen.
